Good positive effect,i feel compulsion to do the activities i track for a day.If for some reason,i miss out on any activity,i feel guilty for not using the day properly.
Tracking is good since we do the activities day by day and they all accumulate and turn out good after a long period of time.We become comparatively more disciplined and value time a lot.I feel like i always have something to do in a day. :) Happy Tracking !!!
